The Bible says in 1 Peter 5:6–7, “Humble yourselves… under God’s mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”-

You weren’t made to carry it all.
The pressure. The fear. The weight of what-ifs.
But still, you hold it tight.
Thinking it’s all up to you.
And God gently says:
Child, lay it down.
I see the burden you hide behind your smile.
I feel the heaviness in your chest.
I care too much to let you carry it alone.
So cast it—every anxious thought, every unknown future—
Onto My shoulders.
Let Me lift you in the right time,
In My perfect way.
You don’t have to understand.
You just have to surrender.
So whisper now, “Lord, I place it all at Your feet.” May God bless you. Amen.
