The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 1:3–4,

“Praise be to the God… who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble…”
Pain has a way of isolating us.
Making us feel like no one understands.
But God does.
He sees every silent ache,
Every night you’ve cried and held it all in.
And He doesn’t turn away.
He steps in—gentle, steady, healing.
His comfort isn’t shallow.
It’s deep enough to reach your soul.
Strong enough to carry your grief.
And one day, that same comfort will flow through you.
To someone else who needs to know:
They’re not alone either.
So take a breath.
Let His comfort hold you.
And whisper, “God, thank You for seeing my sorrow—and staying with me.” May God bless you. Amen.
